Great property and good breakfast. It is not self serve anymore you have to be served which is fine but very good.

Beds are comfortable, hotel is spotless. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast included. It was my second stay here and definitely would return.

1 Star – Avoid This Hotel This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This Days Inn is not fit for anyone to stay in. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. I had reserved a suite with two queen beds, only to be told at check-in that they don't even offer that room type. Instead, I was given a one-bedroom king suite that was far below even basic standards. The sofa was covered in stains, and the mattress looked like it belonged in a landfill, not a hotel room. Because canceling my reservation was not an option, I was forced to stay in this terrible room. I was told they couldn't adjust the rate, even though they failed to provide the room I had booked. I contacted Expedia, and they attempted to reach the hotel to resolve the issue, but they were told no manager was available. That alone says a lot about how this property is run. To make matters worse, when I checked out, an employee named May placed the blame for the entire experience on me instead of acknowledging the hotel's mistakes or offering any apology. Rather than trying to make things right, she simply gave me an email address and told me to contact them if I wanted to request a refund. There was absolutely no accountability, no customer service, and no concern for guest satisfaction. I strongly encourage fellow travelers to avoid this hotel. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere that values its guests, provides clean accommodations, and stands behind its reservations.
